DAY 1: ARRIVAL
You arrive at Molde Airport and continue to the historic Angvik Gamle Handelssted. Angvik is a little gem located by Tingvollfjorden on Nordmøre. Spend the afternoon at Angvik – why not relax in the spa and bathhouse?
The hotel also has its own museum, offering insight into the incredible history of the Angvik family, and an art gallery where you can admire over 75 works by Tore Bjørn Skjølsvik.
Across the fjord from Angvik lies Tingvollost, a small and charming cheese dairy that produces some of the world’s finest cheeses. In 2016, their blue cheese, Kraftkar, won gold at the World Cheese Awards. At Tingvollost, you can visit the farm and meet the cows behind this award-winning cheese.

DAY 2: MOUSK OX SAFARI
After breakfast, your private guide will pick you up for an exciting musk ox safari. The musk ox is not dangerous if left unprovoked, but unlike other wild animals, it does not always flee from humans. For this reason, we recommend a guided tour with Sigbjørn or another guide from Oppdal Safari. A respectful distance from a musk ox is 200 meters.
During the safari, there are also opportunities to see reindeer, moose, and Arctic foxes. The tour lasts approximately five hours.
Afterwards, you’ll be driven back to Angvik in time to enjoy a delicious 3-course dinner.

DAY 3: ATLANTIC ROAD
Next, you’ll drive along the spectacular Atlantic Road. In 2005, it was voted Norway’s construction of the century and is considered one of the most beautiful drives in the world. From the parking area at Geitøya, you’ll be picked up by the Viking ship Kvitserk and sail across to Håholmen.
Håholmen is a protected fishing village from the 18th century. The buildings have been carefully preserved and partially restored, offering authentic rooms and facilities with modern comfort.
The afternoon is at your leisure. Perhaps try your hand at fishing before dinner?

Enjoy a relaxed morning exploring the small island of Håholmen.
Several sea-related activities are available: we can arrange kayak tours between the islets, fishing trips, boat trips to the nearby seal colony, or sea eagle safaris (October–April).
At Håholmen, you can also simply enjoy the view and unwind with a good book.

After breakfast and check-out, sail back to the mainland by Viking ship. Get ready for one of the world’s most scenic drives! Begin the day driving along the Atlantic Road, via Molde and on to Åndalsnes. From there, continue up the iconic Trollstigen road, winding up the mountainside. Enjoy the breathtaking view from the top!
After a ferry crossing, continue up to Kilsti, a small mountain farm overlooking the beautiful Storfjord. The scenery is spectacular, and the area is rich in cultural history. Here, you will stay in modern cabins that blend seamlessly with the landscape and are fully recyclable.

DAY 6: STORFJORDEN
Enjoy the peace and quiet with a relaxing morning and a warm cup of coffee. Start the day in the sauna with panoramic views of the stunning Norwegian fjord landscape.
Your closest neighbor is a local goat farmer. The cabins are equipped with kitchens, and you can order a local food basket delivered by nearby farmers – a true culinary experience.
Spend the day hiking in the mountains or join experienced guides for a kayak adventure into Tafjorden.

DAY 7: GEIRANGERFJORD
After breakfast and check-out, travel through Geiranger en route to Ålesund. The journey takes you along the UNESCO-listed fjord, Geirangerfjord.
Along the way, stop for lunch at Skarbø Farm, a small family-owned farm specializing in apple cider and cheese. Meet the animals and enjoy the warm hospitality of the hosts.
Continue your journey to your accommodation in Ålesund for the night.

DAY 8-9: ÅLESUND
Use the days to explore Ålesund or take a trip to Runde, a small island just outside the city. Runde is home to between 500,000 and 700,000 seabirds during the breeding season and is particularly famous for its puffin colony, which arrives every April to nest and leaves at the end of August.
Discover the colorful town of Ålesund, renowned for its unique Art Nouveau architecture. We recommend trying the world-famous bacalao (dried and salted cod) at one of the local restaurants.

DAY 10: DEPARTURE
After breakfast and check-out, travel to the airport for your journey home.
