DAY 3: ONA LIGHTHOUSE

After breakfast at Finnøy, continue exploring the Romsdal coast with a visit to the historic Ona Lighthouse, one of the most famous lighthouses along the coast.

At its peak, more than 300 people lived on Ona. Fishermen came from the fjord villages and worked from rorbuer (fishing cabins) in the village. Today, only about 20 residents remain. Overnight stays on Ona are possible, or alternatively, take the ferry back to Finnøy for dinner and accommodation.
