DAY 1: ARRIVAL

You’ll arrive at the airport in Lofoten and continue on to your accommodation, either in Henningsvær or Svolvær.

DAY 2: TROLLFJORD

Today is time to explore the area around Henningsvær and Svolvær. Join a RIB boat trip into Trollfjorden and the surrounding waters. Keep an eye out for the majestic sea eagle that inhabits the area. A local guide will share insights about the nature and local history along the way.

After the RIB tour, return to your accommodation in Henningsvær or Svolvær.

DAY 3: NUSFJORD

Today you travel to the beautiful fishing village of Nusfjord in Lofoten, where you will experience the essence of the region!

Overnight stay at the charming Nusfjord Arctic Resort. You will stay in authentic rorbuer (fishermen’s cabins) adapted for modern comfort and luxury. Join a guided tour through the historic village center, where fish is still hung to dry as it has been for generations. Enjoy delicious local cuisine at one of the area’s restaurants.

DAY 4: NUSFJORD

Enjoy the day in the fishing village of Nusfjord. Join a fishing trip on the Lofoten boat, Elltor. Learn about Lofoten’s unique fishing traditions from a local, experienced skipper. You can expect to catch cod, saithe, halibut, and wolffish.

DAY 5: DEPARTURE

Enjoy a relaxing morning with a fresh breakfast. After check-out, you’ll have time to explore Lofoten. We recommend visiting the rorbuer (fishing cabins) in Å or taking a hike up Reinebringen. This mountain hike has become one of Norway’s most famous and is easily accessible.

DAY 1: ARRIVAL

You arrive at Lofoten Airport and are transferred to Reine. Reine is located in the western part of Lofoten, at the entrance to Reinefjorden, with Reinebringen as a dramatic backdrop. In winter, the days are short with spectacular weather and opportunities to see the Northern Lights!

DAY 2: REINE RORBUER

Wake up to the sound of lapping waves and the smell of saltwater, seaweed, and kelp. Staying in a traditional rorbu is the best way to experience the northern Norwegian coastal culture up close. Spend the day exploring the small fishing village of Reine – perhaps by kayak with a local guide?

DAY 3: EXPLORE LOFOTEN

Lofoten is world-famous for its stockfish and long-standing fishing traditions. We can arrange a fishing trip with a local fisherman who will take you out to sea and help you catch your own skrei (Arctic cod).

DAY 4: SVOLVÆR

Travel onward to Svolvær and the charming Nyvågar. Spend the day exploring Lofoten or simply relax at the luxurious Lofoten Spa. Large windows bring the majestic surrounding nature right into the sauna!

DAY 5: DEPARTURE

Enjoy a leisurely morning with a refreshing breakfast. After check-out, travel back to the airport in time for your departure.
